Hays and Associates was built on the foundation of our founder Charlie Hays who spent 50 years in the Sporting Goods Industry with a strong and ethical work reputation. Charlie was a true pioneer who always put others 1st and made sure their sales expectations and experience were met and all of their needs and obligations were fulfilled.
